Identify and analyze the conceptual, referential and methodological aspects required for the knowledge of the current oil situation and its direct interaction with the current commercial dynamics; visualizing through negotiation exercises, the current and future scenarios of this vital resource, in the functioning of the world economy.
Specific Objectives: • Identify and analyze the value chain of the Oil and Gas Industry and its future projections. • Know the main World Oil Centers and their commercial links, • Highlight the markets managed by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and the International Energy Agency (AIE), as well as the producing countries not associated with these organizations. • Analyze the Religion and its links as an element of decision making in the countries with the largest oil reserves. • Managing current market situations, making an exercise of proposals, with the intention of designing strategies for the commercialization of oil and its derivatives, based on the energy policies of the world’s economic blocs.
Methodological Strategies: To reach the objectives proposed by the Instructor, to approach through a collective work that includes: masterful exhibitions, case studies, practical and research works. A Negotiation exercise will be executed, starting from the Dynamics of a Game of Roles, with the intention of managing a current situation of Petroleum Geopolitics.

Proposal for the design of a Global Petroleum Geopolitics strategy, based on the energy policies of the world’s economic blocs.
